  • Store data: product catalog, performance metrics, and brand information from your connected Shopify store and Klaviyo account, accessed via read-only API integrations.
  • Usage data: how you interact with Assist, including campaign approvals, settings, and feature usage.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies necessary for site functionality.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To generate personalized campaign strategies, copy, and designs based on your store data.
  • To publish campaigns to your Klaviyo account on your behalf.
  • To improve our service through anonymized, aggregated usage analytics.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Assist:

  • Stripe: for payment processing. Stripe’s privacy policy governs your payment data.
  • Klaviyo: we connect to your Klaviyo account via API to read performance data and publish campaigns.
  • Shopify: we connect to your Shopify store via API to read product and store data.
  • Vercel: for hosting and analytics.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we will delete your store data within 30 days. Billing records may be retained as required by law.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. We use read-only API access to your Klaviyo and Shopify data where possible and never store sensitive customer information beyond what is needed to generate your campaigns.
